The Customer Support Excellence (CSE) Award is Cummins South Pacific’s award to celebrate exceptional customer support within the region. Our goal is to develop a customer-centric culture and CSE is a critical part of this.

Why CSE?
Outstanding customer support sets us apart from our competitors! There’s nothing more fundamental to our future success than this and we want to ensure that you are rewarded for giving our customers the best possible service. To get this right we must show our customers that we are as deeply invested in their success as they are. Putting our customers first is where the real accomplishment lies.

How does it work?
The CSE Award supports our behaviour standards and therefore, nominations are based on the below criteria:

  • Safety: We value the safety of our customers, employees and their families above all else
  • Caring: Everything we do demonstrates to our customers and co-workers that we are committed to their success.  
  • Dependable: We do what we say we will do, on time, in everything we do.
  • Responsive: We are easily accessible to our customers and co-workers and act with the sense of urgency they expect.
  • Impactful: For impact to the business, i.e. criticality, fiscal benefit, or customer relations
  • Effort vs Reward: For work that goes “above and beyond” the job description of the nominee​​

How do I qualify?
Nominees must consistently demonstrate the LS3 philosophy, exude the behaviour standards and embody the core Cummins values.
